You can submit a complaint in person, by phone, or in writing. Below are all channels and required information.

Required information

  • name, surname and address of the submitter
  • child’s name, surname, age and address
  • institution/body the complaint refers to
  • clear description of the issue and rights violation
  • copies of decisions and other relevant documents
